Once your goals are clearly defined, we’ll meet to review our Project Development Agreement. This outlines the initial scope of work, budget ranges, and our two-phase design process—giving you a clear roadmap before moving forward.
The design phase concludes with a firm, fixed-price proposal covering all materials and amenities. We’ll review everything together, and once approved, your project is officially scheduled for construction.
Before work starts, we hold a pre-construction meeting to review the project details, schedule, and jobsite logistics such as access points, material deliveries, and protection of your home. We take extensive measures to safeguard your living space, including plastic barriers and floor protection to separate construction areas from the rest of your home.
Throughout construction, you’ll have a dedicated project manager who provides regular updates and is available to answer questions or address concerns. Our skilled team and trusted trade partners work according to the approved plans and specifications, ensuring every detail is executed with care.
Once construction begins, our focus is on clear communication, jobsite organization, and quality craftsmanship.
We maintain a clean, organized jobsite, leaving it broom-swept at the end of each workday. As the project nears completion, we’ll walk the space with you to create a final punch list and address any remaining details. Once these items are completed, your project is finished and ready to enjoy.
